Bear’s Den Gift Shop is a Native themed retail store specializing in handmade gifts from Native peoples across the United States and Canada, as well as our neighbors South of the border.  Our own local Mohawks create beautiful and functional baskets from black ash splints and fragrant sweetgrass that we carry; also delicate porcupine quill baskets from the Ojibwa.  Find beautiful Iroquois beadwork from the Mohawks, Oneidas and Senecas.

We carry Sterling Silver jewelry from the Navajos set with genuine turquoise and other beautiful stones.  Native themed books fill our shelves for all ages while Native music fills the air with tunes by award winning Native artists from Akwesasne and across North America.  Sweetgrass candles, sage and incense are available, along with a full line of herbal teas, balms and bath accessories.  Native designed clothing lines our shelves for the whole family along with moccasins for the newborn to adult sizes.  Pendleton blankets and accessories plus artwork and artifacts, leather crafts and soapstone sculptures round out our selection of beautiful gifts.  Polished rocks, plush animals and unique toys capture every child’s interest and souvenirs of Akwesasne provide a remembrance of your visit to Bear’s Den.
